"The property was really nice, clean and well kept. The room was nice a spacious and bathroom was cleaned well. The only issue we had we the bed was uncomfortable and lack of pillows on the bed. We checked in late and were unable to get more pillows. "

We had someone coming to get us and needed our room to be able to put our luggage in it. . It was about 4:25 before room was available. Never plan to stay there again. Only reason I did not give it a one is because it is in the location we needed."

"Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Vanity faucet came off first thing when touched, Did not report because of time and schedule and worked thru a broken faucet handle. The breakfast was typical except for coffee from a dispenser that I thought would challenge my nerves if more than one person was ahead of me in line. Location was excellent for my purpose. The property is old, it's like a 2 story motel from the 50's., In dire need of a renovation from top to bottom."

"We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance."
