The manager was doing check ins and although we had a slight mishap with a key, she went well above and beyond to help us out when we didn’t even ask. Literally next to a metro station and 5 min walk from the White House. You cannot beat the proximity to all the spots. I’m always a big fan of the complimentary coffee and water as well. "

"First I just have to acknowledge the beauty of the architecture, not limited to modern colonial styles homes. Whoever the interior designer is… Bravooo. My favorite part about my stay was Aurora, her welcoming and gentle nature was such a pleasure to share the same space as her. She was the only one working the front freak that evening. That particular day was very busy even for the lat hours, I was even very surprised of all the traffic coming in. I was mostly impressed how she took care of customer individually, without loosing her patience. There were a lot of high demands being requested of her from the majority of the traffic coming in. Aurora held her composure, kept her gentle smile and proceeded to execute each task proficiently with confidence. With the satisfaction customer. Except from one elderly woman whom seem to be set in her ways. Regardless of how ruffly that woman action was. Aurora patently waited until the woman finish speaking, and said how can I help you so you can be better served. She then fulfilled the woman request as the woman grumbles and walks away.
