"We were suppose to be checked in at 3 one guest didn’t check in until close to 6. I was checked in at 4. My room sheets were not clean , when I told housekeeping they insisted the room is clean and the sheets are clean. However there were stains on the sheet. I found someone’s underwear in the couch in my room. There were stains along the furniture. The breakfast while appreciated wasn’t anything to rave about. The air condition was good but they didn’t want give multiple keys to keep the ac going throughout the day "
