"The Hotel was amazing , I like the district it was located in and the actual room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The roof top was nice as advertised. Lima is a top tier city . My only complaint would be the security deposit at the end of my stay , that happen to be the same cost of the room . So I’m not sure when I’ll receive that back but , either I over looked that part but it came as a surprise to me , so don’t be surprised through my experience. 5/5 other than that , if I don’t get my deposit back 2/5. Xoxo"

"I have to give kudos to Mr Diego, working at the front check in desk. Mr Diego is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy. This is my second stay at the Sheraton. Next time I’m back in Lima, I will definitely consider staying at the Sheraton again."

"Me gustó. Lo único que no me gustó fue la disposición del baño. Tampoco me gustó la calidad de la tabla del sanitario, era de un plástico barato que tampoco bajaba lento. La iluminación del baño debe mejorar para poder afeitarse mejor. La televisión era pequeñoma y la calidad de imagen horrible. Me gustó tener una Nespresso en mi habitación, lo aprecio. Todo limpio, habitación silenciosa, tenía todo lo que precisé. Personal atento, restaurante correcto. Desayuno rico. Faltaría mejorar y sumar opciones de panificación."

"The hotel overall and rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. The tub is a bit high. There is a grab bar for getting in and out, but it may prove difficult for young kids or someone with knee issues. There is zero sound proofing on any of the windows. Even from my ninth floor room, I could clearly hear the traffic outside. The beds are VERY firm. The mini bar/ fridge in the room only got cool, not cold. There are also no ice machines, so you always need to call the front desk to request ice\"
