Beach Hotels in Anavyssos, Athens

"We had a fabulous stay at the Athens Gate Hotel. Reception staff were very helpful, rooms very clean & comfortable. A large selection for self serve breakfast. Roof top bar/restaurant has an excellent view of the acropolis. We booked a room over looking the Temple of Zeus. Bit of noisy traffic, but you are in the centre of Athens so didn’t bother us & the bed was so comfy. It’s a great location, short walks for sights, shops & restaurants. "

"Beautiful hotel. We arrived after our 10 hour flight and stayed for 2 nights. It was a perfect stay to recover and acclimate. The buffet was fantastic, so many options and some of the best food we had while in Greece. The beach area was beautiful with an amazing view and crystal blue water. The drinks at pool bar were overly expensive and were very small for the price. Nothing to do at night. It is about 25-30 minutes from airport. The room was tight for two people with two suitcases, but the facilities, food, and swimming make up for it. I will stay here again when I return to Greece."

"The room was fantastic - clean, bright, spacious, and with a fabulous view overlooking the sea. The breakfast options seemed endless and the quality of the breakfast food was incredible. The beach was clean with great amenities. A special thanks to Christina, at the front desk (she has family in Ermioni). She was energetic, helpful, and provided excellent service."

"Staff went above and beyond to ensure we made it to our very early flight by calling us a taxi (which they paid for) when the hourly shuttle was too full for us to get on. It was the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve been to. "

"This was a great place to stay however, I came during a hot part of the summer and the pool was not available. This would’ve been fine had I been made to know to this prior to my arrival. My party was tired from a super long trip. I thought I would just spend the day swimming while I waited for them to nap, but instead, I sat in the lobby and walked around. There’s not a ton to do around the hotel and I didn’t want to sightsee without my family. My rate also included the use of a pool. However, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was very kind, the property itself is absolutely beautiful! I would stay here again and again!"
