WiFi and 4/5G was not working in our room. Front desk mentioned they were going to check, never got any feedback, nor it did not improve.
AC was not working very well, Often just stopped in the middle of the night or showed an "HL" error, after which the system had to be reset
Parking the car was an issue due to low number of parking spots. A bigger lot was available 200...

"Modern, spectacular view of Kalamata Waterfront, with a fantastic pool atea. But, food & beverage service was terrible, with only one young, untrained server with minimal English for the entire hotel. Drinks and food were very hard to order and took forever to arrive. When they did however, they were very good. "
