"Nothing fancy, but budget-friendly place to spend the night. Super convenient and within walking to downtown St. Augustine. Manager was very nice and accommodating."

"I loved the place but a couple things stuck out, One is the gap between the bottom of doors connecting the room next door, you can hear your neighbors like they are in your room with you. Two is you can tell the bar is short staffed and struggling. "

"Parking fee of 15 dollars is ridiculous. Also upon checking in on Saturday the front desk clerk was being chewed out by someones wife for fooling around with their husband. It was alittle uncomfortable standing there while this was taking place."

"Understandable that near the beach things may be more humid. Room smelled musty and sheets felt damp. It's an older motel that was remodeled. Towels were dingy and the AC definitely was controlled or not working. Ok for a night or 2, but it wouldn't be my choice for a longer stay. Great area/location in the St Augustine Beach area with a convenience store very close along with a few restaurants."

"Staff was amazing!! Room was perfect! The deck needs to be fixed. Felt a little uneasy sitting and walking on it. "

"The only good thing about this property is they except pets. We were told the room would be cleaned after three days. Three days went by, they changed out the towels but left the beds unchanged and not made. Upon using the restroom I heard a dripping noise and discovered the ceiling in the shower was leaking from the ceiling, (it was moldy as well, so it had been that way for weeks or months), that is why my wife commented on the odor in the room the first day. We were then moved to the room next door. I requested the towels to be changed out the following day. We were in the room the following morning due to poor weather outside and had just finished showering when the door was opened without any warning, thankfully we had the slide lock on and the door could not be opened. It was housekeeping I guess. At that point I took my used towels down to the front desk and changed them out myself as well as obtaining trash bags so I could take it out myself. I stayed here several years ago and left some clothes in the room due to being in a hurry to check out, upon arriving at home, (3 hours away), I contacted the hotel and was told they would send my clothes to me, never happened, they "lost" them, yeah right. I was originally quoted 20 dollars a night to have my pet with us and UNFORTUNATELY I have to stay here two more days and was charged 25 dollars a night on top of a higher rate for the room than I should be. If you do stay here make sure you wear socks, the floors are filthy."
