"The location of this property is a huge win. It's only about 3 city blocks from the back end of Downtown Disney. I walked to and from the parks every day where in the past I've taken an UBER to hotels that list about the same distance if I was really worn out. It felt much closer. Yes, the doors open to the outside so you hear people going by but so what? The pool was always full of kids yelling and having a blast. It was mostly families with kids which meant that by the time the Fireworks happened it was bedtime for the kiddies and it got pretty quiet! You can see the fireworks from this property depending on your room but the parking lot works too. I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Disneyland. It's a basic Best Western but it's clean, it felt safe, and for the price and location you can't beat it! Also, free breakfast."

"This is my second time visiting the hotel and this time I was able to use more of the amenities including the coffee bar in the morning and the pool. Both were really well appointed. The hotel staff were always welcoming and helpful. Given his location you still need to have some type of white noise in your room in order to sleep. I was fortunate that this time there was less freeway noise but I still needed my phone to generate some background noise to drown out the sounds. The room and bathroom were very well appointed and comfortable, especially the bed! The towels are a bit rough but serviceable. One of the best things about this location is the underground parking which distinguishes it from many of the other properties close to the Disneyland entrance. It’s a 15 minute walk to Disneyland security."

"Overall, I had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing experiences. When I went to the front desk around 6:00 to ask for a bag of ice, I was told they don’t provide bags of ice. Instead, they asked if I had my own container that they could fill with ice. Unfortunately, I didn’t have anything to put the ice in, which was inconvenient. Another disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay. It was a very hot week, so not having access to the pool was frustrating. The room was also missing basic kitchen supplies like dish soap and a sponge. I had to go to the front desk to request them because there wasn’t any staff available to deliver the items to my room. I also needed an extra pillow and had to pick that up from the front desk as well. Despite these inconveniences, the staff was polite and provided the items I requested. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay, but I expected a few more amenities and services for the price. I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars."

"My small complaint was the gym. Needs a little updating, passable if you’re good w dumbbell only workouts. My big complaint is the breakfast buffet. Only one creamer, coffee was lukewarm, not a lot of choices. Pancakes were cold too. But that’s just me. Literal first world problems. The staff was friendly. Knowledgeable. Princess Corrine (irrc) made the kids happy, and that’s big."
