"This is new, small, modern hotel. They only staff the Front Desk between 9am and 6pm. Otherwise, you have to trust they will answer the phone after hours. I heard a person standing outside the front door trying to check in, at about 8pm, for more than 5 minutes trying to reach them with their wall-mounted telephone/intercom system. I had a problem with my TV and I was told it could not be addressed until the next day. I stayed two nights (same rate each night) and did not receive ANY housekeeping after the first night, not even to replace the coffee pods I used the first morning. It's nice, but one has to understand their limitations of trying to control costs -- at the dismay of guests."

"Attractive and clean, room and bathroom were great. Great value. They are currently remodeling some restaurant kitchens which limited the menu and service when we stopped in for breakfast. Casino was bright and pleasant but we were more into the lodging side of things."
