Anche se il mio soggiorno è stato di una sola notte, ho avuto tutti i servizi che mi aspettavo. Nell’attesa che si liberassero le nostre camere( eravamo due coppie) ci siamo accomodati in piscina ed abbiamo pranzato molto bene, cucina semplice e casareccia, ottima qualità ad un prezzo modesto. Camere e bagni puliti, letti comodi, breakfast di qualità anche con qualche sorpresa (buonissime melanzane grigliate ) . Navetta gratis dal porto in albergo. Per il rientro abbiamo lasciato le valigie in hotel e chiesto di riportarle nel pomeriggio direttamente al molo (servizio a pagamento ). L’autista è stato puntuale. Insomma , l’ hotel Carmencita ha un’ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo ed una gestione familiare che fa sentire il cliente “coccolato”. Decisamente da raccomandare.

Great position, nice stuff!

Overall it was great. Near the center of Anacapri, near the bus stop. Stuff was nice and welcoming. Would recommend!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti , si trova vicino al centro di Anacapri, davanti al hotel c’è una fermata del bus per muoverti con il bus per l’isola , l’hotel ha pure una piscina per chi volesse rilassarsi , la colazione nel tempo del Covid viene servita con vassoio già pronto al tavolo nella sala colazioni , la camera era un po’ datata e anche il bagno era un po’ vecchiotto ma però era tutto pulito e ordinato questa è la cosa più importante , se non avete grosse pretese ci sta come hotel ma non ci farei tante notti , si spera che modernizzano le camere e l’hotel con letti e cuscini più comodi , personale gentile e professionale che ti aiuta se uno ne ha bisogno

Find a better hotel nearby

Super old hotel, completely overpriced, bad breakfast. Service is questionable when at 8.30am at the pool, the hotel representative comes to you (I was the only one at the pool), and told me that those beds were 'booked'. When of course there is no way to book a bed.

Everything in the hotel was very clean and orderly. The pool was beautiful and clean as well. The staff were very helpful in giving us a map and showing us what activities there were to do around Capri and Anacapri.

The staff here is wonderful, they always smile and are ready to help you with anything you need. They offer a free shuttle service when you land in Capri so you can avoid Taxis or an hour long walk up the hill. The only negative experience is that their pool closed at 6PM, and that’s not something that will ruin your experience! Highly recommend! Also, it’s only 10 minutes walking distance from Anacapri Square with shopping, food and drinks.

アナカプリからホテルまで無料の迎えが付いていますベンツのバンで迎えに来てくれたので楽々でした青の洞窟までも近くバス一本でいけるので、陸路移動でほとんど並ぶ事なく洞窟に入れましたプールもすごく綺麗でウェルカムドリンクももらいました残念だったのが2泊中1泊目が、テラス無し窓無しの監獄のような部屋に案内された事です確かにテラス付で手配をしていたので、部屋チェンジをお願いしましたが満室との事アジア人で軽く扱われたのかなと悲しくなりました安くない宿泊料金だったので怒りが収まらず再クレームをしたところ、翌日の部屋ランクアップと帰りのアナカプリまでの送りを提案されました送迎無料と書いていたので送りも無料では？テラス付の部屋に種類は無かったのでランクアップとは？と疑問になりましたが、自分の語学力の無さにホテルからの提案を飲みました 2日目の部屋は、昨日の部屋は何だった？！というようなテラスも窓もある明るい部屋でしたこれが同じ値段とか本当にバカにしています酷かった1日目の部屋、本当はディスカウントしてもらいたかったです 2日間共予約通りの部屋だと、すごく良いホテルだったと思いますあと、オーナーらしきおじいさんには沢山の良い情報を教えてもらいました

Outdated, loud, amazing staff

Room was disappointing, very outdated, no windows, and very dark. There are large open vents in the room and the bathroom so you can hear everything in the halls and other rooms. We had to go buy earplugs after our first night because it was just SO loud! Staff was amazing, very helpful, loved how there was a free shuttle from the port to the hotel before checkin.

Excelente opção de hotel para quem quer fugir do agito de Capri. Super bem localizado, próximo ao centrinho de Anacapri e ao ponto de ônibus. Quarto e banheiro em excelentes condições. Café da manhã bom e equipe atenciosa.

Hotel Carmencita was very accommodating and had a friendly staff! It had a great location too in Anacapri. I would recommend this hotel to others and cannot wait to stay again

We knew that staying on capri was going to be expensive, but this was overpriced for what we got. We paid 350$ for a room that would be $70 in Canada. We booked this because it said it had laundry facilities and when we arrived and asked they said they did not have laundry. There is no rainfall shower- it's just a normal shower head. The hotel and staff were nice but if I were to do it again I would have saved our money and stayed in sorrento and do a day trip to capri.

Very nice staff, Rooms are very clean.

Not only the Staff is very nice but also the Rooms are kept clean. The Hotel itself is not the newest tough. Prices in the Hotel and The Pool are good, If you go to the Faro Beach take towels and a parasol with you, because the beach club there has unfair prices eaven for little children.

Hotellet ligger i Anacapri och har mycket nära till lokalbussen som tar er ner till Capri stad. Poolen och solområdet är kanon och rummen är bra. Ett extra stort plus till hotellchefen som ordnade vår AC snabbt då den inte fungerade. Hotell personalen speciellt Emmi är mycket bra representant för hotellet genom gästvänlighet och gav oss många bra tips på restauranger, att göra, etc.

Initially this hotel did not seem too promising but in the end it worked out very well and we stayed more nights than we'd originally booked. The room was not very large for a family of four (though the kids liked the bunk beds!) but the outdoor patio effectively added a third to the area of the room and we used that a lot. The location likewise seemed initially unpromising because it is in Anacapri (middle of the island) and seemingly a long way from the beaches, but in fact it's a very good location. The island has a generally efficient bus service and Anacapri itself has good shopping and restaurants. Our kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and attached snack bar; the staff were very helpful and friendly; we also liked the free breakfasts. Those wanting more vigorous exercise will enjoy the stiff hike or run up Monte Solaro (589 meters); for everyone else, there is a chair lift from the Piazza Vittoria (10 minute walk from the hotel) to the top of the mountain with its own snack bar and superb views. Overall highly recommended.

Amazing hotel in Anacapri!

We loved Hotel Carmencita! We took a quick trip to Capri and this hotel had an amazing location for our one night stay. It is a two minute walk to the bus stop and to the square of Anacapri. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and the chairlift right in walking distance. It was very easy to grab a bus to the other side of the island as well. The staff was amazing and allowed us to keep our luggage there after check out since our ferry left around 5pm. They had amazing suggestions and booked a reservation for us where we had the best Italian dinner of our trip! They were also very helpful suggesting the easiest ways to travel around the island and what we needed to see (like the natural arch and other landmarks). The breakfast was great, it was fresh and they had many options. Check-in/out was easy and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
