Excellent staff and location. I heard a guest complain that the staircase was too narrow and steep, but the hotel has an elevator for bags and those who don't like the exercise. I view the staircase as authentic euro living (all the older building have steep stairs) and thought they were a plus.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. Once for three months. I have always been satisfied with the property. The remodel looks great! Breakfast was fantastic! You guys have stepped up your game. The hotel seems to be new. Bedrooms and facilities are in excellent conditions. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. Accessibility is a challenge though. The elevator is too small (3 people) and the stairs are very steep. Very challenging for seniors to use the stairs in case of emergency.

Great hotel in a great area of Amsterdam! Would highly recommend it! Room was very comfortable and roomy for a European hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. Location was great…can walk to many places including Dam Square and Anne Frank museum and there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel that we took to many places including the Van Gogh museum. I would definitely stay there again!

This was a very nice hotel. Location was perfect, just a 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful. We had to pay a city tax when we arrived that was a surprise, I found it to be a little expensive. We did not take the breakfast but they have a coffee machine and water dispenser available 24/7.
