Property was only 3 tram stops from main station which is great. Rooms were clean, our window did not open as we would have liked fresh air, rather than running on A/C, also no maid service one day? Staff were all very helpful though and breakfast was really nice which did include gluten free toast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and gave recommendations. The room size was good, the location was great as you could take the tram nearby or walk (If you like walking). Its not in the middle of everything but easliy accessible. Wifi worked well, AC was strong, has a lift and small gym, where you can refill your water. Breakfast was delightful with a good variety: waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, pastries, etc. The entire breakfast staff was excellent! The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a view towards the back which faces local backyards, which we enjoyed. The only negative thing were the towels, they need to go through some of them as I got some with holes or stains. I also saw the curtains were dirty which were close to the bed, so I didn't extend them. If they work on those few minor details - it would have been perfect. Also make sure to put your do not disturb sign on the door to sleep in or you will get a knock early in the morning. They do not have a restaurant but they do have snacks, drinks and will heat up a frozen pizza for you that you can purchase. Sham Oost is nearby and had excellent food, you can also pick up. Overall excellent choice for a stay. The positives far out weigh any small inconveniences.

Modern hotel about 10/15mins (3 stops) to Central Station using the 26 tram which runs very regularly. There were a few issues with our room, but they all got quickly sorted. Breakfast was good but most importantly, all the staff were amazing and so friendly, would recommend.
