Ciao Papa was an excellent hotel. The rooms are small but they are modern and very clean and even though we were only staying two nights, fresh towels and toiletries were delivered. Location was excellent too.

The staff were warm and helpful. The only thing that could be a challenge for some, is the steep and narrow stairs. You will find stairs and no lift at most properties in Amsterdam though. We would definitely go back.

Hotel was centrally located and so close to Central station. Grocery store nearby. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were small but just needed space to sleep. Lots of stairs to carry up suitcases but staff offered to help. Can store suitcases in lobby after checkout.

Well situated for a short trip to Amsterdam. Steep stairs like all traditional Amsterdam houses. We were on the top floor. Tiny bedroom with ensuite shower room. They had a safe to leave your valuable. Perfectly adequate for two people on 3 day trip.

The room has mold growing through the wallpaper, I got ill after 1 night. Room and bathroom are very small but central location is great. Balcony was too small to stand and can’t sit on the toilet with the door closed.

Ciao Papa Hotel is located in the middle of Amsterdam city center and it was surrounded by cool shops, restaurants and bars. My room was not the biggest but it was super clean and well maintained. The staff was also lovely and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend to stay here when visiting Amsterdam.
