"The Palm Beach Caetanoes is located in a deserted area, with no signage to direct travelers to the hotel. There is no internet service in the area and Wifi is intermittent, which created another level of complexity. The hotel staff could not find our reservation, and when they found it we had to wait for someone to clean our rom. Food at the hotel restaurant is limited and overpriced. Breakfast included with our rate was unacceptable, with 2 choices of fruits and Brazilian tapioca on day 1 and...
