Great hotel for a stopover as we drove through France. Got to have a lovely run in the woods in the morning. The room felt very new and was spotless. The staff were fabulously friendly. A great stay and highly recommended.

Very convenient location to zoo, spas and restaurants. The zoo is amazing. Went to the annual Luminescence light show. Superior breakfast served here with flexible hours.

Professional Hotel - Great Stay

It appeared to be a very professionally run hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite and willing to help with anything we asked of them. We had a fabulous sleep and the shower and toilet facilities were excellent. TV - please get a one or two English speaking channels 😬 The location has plenty of eating places and good if you have a vehicle. It's a little bit out of town

There was one event/issue that occurred which had a big impact on my rating of this hotel. While running a bath in the tub, somehow the tub had an issue which made water leak down to the floor underneath. The staff knocked on the door and then entered the room. We asked them many times to let us get dressed and they started to open the bathroom door!! It was veeeeerrrryyyy uncomfortable. There was a quick apology after the man plunged the tub and left, but other than that, we were not compensated for that experience. The positives, there was a variety of breakfast options and several restaurants to walk to around the hotel. They let us check in early without charge and booked a taxi for us. It was in walking distance from the Galaxie venue which we were there for.

A l'arrivée nous avons du débourser 100euros d'acompte pour la chambre. Cela n'était déjà pas prévu, en suivant vers 23h, j'ai du contacter la réception car il y avait un problème de réglage au niveau de la douche, on nous propose donc une autre chambre soit pour nous doucher ou nous déloger. Nous choisissons de rester dans notre chambre. Nous trouvons donc dans la chambre réservée de base le pommeau de douche complément oxydé nettoyé en l'espace de quelques minutes après l'appel a la réception. Dans la chambre ou nous avons été déplacé une baignoire tout aussi sale. Nous avons été continuellement dérangés la nuit par le bruit d'une machine a laver, le sèche serviette etait dysnctionnel, la tablette de nuit d'un côté du lit est endommagée, et nous nous retrouvons obligés d'appeler la réception afin que notre chambre soit nettoyée et également obtenir des serviettes propres. Nous n'avions aucun équipements de confort, tel que les peignoirs ou les chaussons pas de parking . Très déçu par cette expérience pour le prix déboursé.
