Nice hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast

A good hotel with friendly staff in a area with a lot of restaurants and sport facilities. A casino and bowling. Nice clean rooms and a great breakfast.

Very convenient location to zoo, spas and restaurants. The zoo is amazing. Went to the annual Luminescence light show. Superior breakfast served here with flexible hours.

Professional Hotel - Great Stay

It appeared to be a very professionally run hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite and willing to help with anything we asked of them. We had a fabulous sleep and the shower and toilet facilities were excellent. TV - please get a one or two English speaking channels 😬 The location has plenty of eating places and good if you have a vehicle. It's a little bit out of town

There was one event/issue that occurred which had a big impact on my rating of this hotel. While running a bath in the tub, somehow the tub had an issue which made water leak down to the floor underneath. The staff knocked on the door and then entered the room. We asked them many times to let us get dressed and they started to open the bathroom door!! It was veeeeerrrryyyy uncomfortable. There was a quick apology after the man plunged the tub and left, but other than that, we were not compensated for that experience. The positives, there was a variety of breakfast options and several restaurants to walk to around the hotel. They let us check in early without charge and booked a taxi for us. It was in walking distance from the Galaxie venue which we were there for.

Tres bien mais aurait pu mieux faire

Tres bon accueil, literie tres correct, petit dejeuner copieux et de qualité. La chambre est tres correct avec Nespresso, sucre, asparthame ( apprécié pour les diabetique comme moi). Un petit plus sur l'aspect espace de traivail qui n'est pas du tout adapté avec sa table ronde. La salle de bain est prope et les produit pour se laver paraisde bonne manufacture. Le soucis, comme dans beaucoup d'hotel reside dans le fait d'avoir le wc et la baihnoire dans la même pièce mais aussi le pare douche de la baignoire qui en laisse dans toute la piece quand on prend une douche.

A l'arrivée, il n'y avait que des chambres avec lits jumeaux. Une des fenêtres ne fermait pas très bien. Et il y avait une lumière qui s'allumait sur mouvement près du lit. Rien de catastrophique mais déçue surtout pour un 4 étoiles.

Hotel très bien

Nous avions déjà reservé dans cet établissment donc nous savions ce à quoi nous attendre. Nous avons eu une chambre communicante et tout était très bien. Nous avons pris également l'option Spa à 80€ pour 4 et je dois dire que cela était un peu decevant pour 1h30, vous avez un sauna, un jaccuzzi et une douche
