What truly sets Santo Pure apart is its exceptional staff. Every team member was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. "Probably the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed at - the views were absolutely incredible. The room was clean and spacious, the staff very welcoming and helpful and the pool was also lovely. I don't know what we would have done without the incredibly helpful staff arranging our port & airport transfer and luggage assistance - highly recommend booking the hotel transfer as accessing the beautiful hotel without luggage assistance would have been difficult, so the transfer is 100% worth it. This was the perfect stay for our one night in Santorini."

"Our room was very clean, and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. The AC cooled the room nicely, but will not work when you are out of the room, because you have to pull your key card to lock the room behind you. This is pretty common in Europe. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and our hot tub, and the water temperatures were good. Breakfast had many options, with fresh, hot items and also cold meat and cheeses and fresh fruit. Coffee was good as well as the fresh yogurt. Warning that everywhere in Oia there are steps, so to get to and from your hotel and around the shops and restaurants, there is a lot of walking and steps, so if you have difficulty walking or with steps, this area is not a good destination for you. But the hotel did send someone to bring our luggage to and from the room, which was definitely needed! Make sure to bring cash for tipping, because it’s really physically taxing to bring suitcases on the rolling handcart through all the steps. The view from the hotel is AMAZING! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The experience is unforgettable. I do highly recommend this hotel, I can think of nothing negative about staying here. One nice, unexpected thing they did was, since we had a checkout early in the morning, the evening before they brought a tray with fruit, instant coffee and other food, since we would miss breakfast. That was a nice touch! Definitely get Greek yogurt, honey and walnuts every breakfast!"

"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful scenery!!! The room was very nice and clean. I didn’t care for the amount of walking up and down steps and hills just to get to and around the hotel. Rental cars, scooters, and 4 wheelers are available for rental nearby the property."

"BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Staff was wonderful. We had a lot of luggage and they carried it ALL for us! (Trust me, with all the cobblestone streets, that was feat in itself). The first night the owner put us in a diff place due to maintence issue but it was an upgrade and in the middle of all the action. It was also wonderful. Just Blue is quaint but still right in the middle of Oia. It’s truly magical. Very clean and accommodating! I would go back again and again!"
