"What an amazing property! Our kids had a blast. From the koi pond, to the play houses and play area, hot chocolate machine, to the path, pool, hot tub, cold plunge... topped off with a little movie theater!! It was wonderful and we will be back. All that said, the front desk staff needs a TON of work. Not friendly or inviting, and didn't explain anything that the wonderful resort offered!!!! In the morning there was an instructor led class in a beautiful gym... NONE of this was explained to us! You would think when you see someone checking in with kids that they would ask if we had been there before or tell us what the hotel offered. NONE of that. They were on their phones and gave BAD customer service. I had to ask about the theater, they didn't tell me. I saw a sign. The only friendly staff were the ladies we saw cleaning and the workout instructor that I randomly met. It wasn't just us, I experienced other guests receiving the same treatment we had. It was almost like we were a bother to them. Even a smile and a "Hello" goes a long way. It wasn't just 1 woman, there were 4-5 over our trip that all acted the same way. Hopefully this can be addressed. "
