The front desk staff and manager were the absolute best. Things to note when you stay — you have to call to request housekeeping. There are NO restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of delivery options and the shuttle will drop you off at The Aviator upon request."

Stayed in a family suite for 3 nights with my 3 teenage kids so we could go to Cedar Point and we were all comfortable. Beds comfy and clean. Could maybe use a little more attention to detail — we were in room 29 and the vanity holding the sink is not level, for example. Not a huge deal though. Staff was very attentive to needs, everyone friendly and helpful!"
