"This hotel is great! I flew in to the Buffalo Airport late at night and the hotel shuttle was there to pick me up 5 minutes after I called. The hotel is so cute, Very clean, comfortable beds, staff at the desk is wonderful and it's connected to a great chicken wing bar/grill. Def. would stay here again."

"Front desk staff was great (shoutout to Terrance!). Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping could improve. The floors were visibly dirty (needed some mopping), and we were left with zero towels after the room was cleaned. Renovation work could also be better. The new doors were a nightmare to open. We had to try on average 3-5 times in order to get into the room. Water pressure is nonexistent. Would I stay here again? Yes."
