"Fantastic place! Celebrated my brother’s 70th last weekend. Unfortunately, on Saturday afternoon my brother was standing outside the door and became ill. Within 10 minutes 911 was called, management asked if they could help in any way, first responders were there then ambulance. So in my opinion not only does the place look beautiful, have great food they genuinely care about customers. Thank you for everything Seneca Niagara Resort! Keep up the amazing Job you’re doing. "

"The room and property was very clean. But the bedside lamp in room 157 has a short and blinked on all night. I piled pillows up so it didn't bother me but you might want to change it out."

Only downside is one specific staff member’s attitude towards customers.. i don’t remember the guy’s name but he worked at front desk on this Thursday evening. He is very rude and disrespectful with customers and easily annoyed with customers. "
