"Our room was next to the elevator so it was noisy at night. The fitted sheet didn’t stay on the mattress. Breakfast was only fair. Few options."

"The staff was exceptional and the rooms were large. My only issue was with Expedia unfortunately. I booked through their app and one of the pictures shows a grill and says "grill/picnic area". We brought along nice steaks to throw on the grill in celebration of our anniversary. However, the grill was not for public use! Very misleading. The hotel staff tried to make it right by upgrading our room to one with a kitchen, but we turned it down. Our room was fine, just disappointed. Pool area and hot tub were great!"

"Although my mom and I experienced no significant issues during our stay at Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point, we were a little surprised at the minimalism of housekeeping. They'd take used towels and replace with clean ones, but our beds were never "freshened up", like fluffing up the used pillows, tucking in of sheets, etc. We didn't expect a full laundering of bedding like in the old days, but we were a little surprised at the lack of basic bedding maintenance. Overall, though, this is a fantastic property with courteous staff and an outstanding adjoining restaurant - Amber Grill. You won't be disappointed with this gem of a hotel in the Stevens Point area!"
