"When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. He was so kind in every way and we had a pleasant stay there…many thanks to his attitude towards us "

Votre hôtesse d’accueil a oublié de nous rendre notre clef de voiture heureusement ou malheureusement nous avions un double de clef. Nous nous sommes rendu compte après 250 km ! J’attends le retour de mes clés à mon domicile. "

We broke down in Tournus due to a puncture, had to wait two days for new tyres, but managed to find this hidden gem, everything about it was amazing and could not fault it, pool, food and especially Catharine who helped us with taxis and speaking to the garage on our behalf, it certainly took away the pain of missing two days of our holiday, would and have recommended to all friends. "We parked our motorbike outside our room on the ground floor. Nice spacious room, but we had to run the bath tap for 10 mins to clear out the black grunge. Bathroom was good size also. We dined there and breakfasted. The bill was all mixed up, I think we overpaid slightly."
