The Courthouse Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"The hotel is nicely situated for parking and close proximity to the pier. The room we stayed in was in the basement but the rooms had large windows but unable out of them. The room was very spacious. Parking lot was large. We had no issues finding a spot upon check in at 8 pm. The breakfast was very good. The ratings on people saying there was nothing in the buffet are fussy. There was fruit, pastries, hot items, yogurt bar with fixings, coffee and tea bar 24 hours a day. There is a Fresh Co directly across the street for anything you need. I would stay here again if I was in the area."

"One of the nicest hotels in Thunder Bay for sure. The rooms and all common areas are very clean, modern and stylish. Rental bicycles are an excellent touch for those who want to explore the area. the location is a bit far from the airport but is close to other points of interest for people visiting Thunder Bay for a few days."
