Clean room very good staff especially the reception staff. The only little thing was that the room had 2 single beds put together rather than a double bed.
The product is very good but its location is not near the city. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is good, only they could chill the oranges they use for their fresh orange juice or put an ice bucket next to it. The room is okay, it’s standard. The check in staff could do with an overall training in what is good service,,
The hotel was spotless and comfortable. During our stay, the train system went down in Amsterdam, and the clerk at the front desk Lisa went above and beyond to assist me and my sister in getting the train to our next stop in Paris she was accommodating with our stay at the hotel. The room with the bathroom and shower was very comfortable and clean.

System of parking should be improved. Guests should be provided a card that is valid for the whole stay. It is not comfortable when you need to go with every ticket to the lobby and ask for charge. It happened to me that the ticket released by the receptionist didn´t open me a bar, I have blocked the area without possibility to ring to the lobby. It was very unpleasant and I lost some time.
Nous devions passer trois nuits dans cet hôtel, mais après ce qu’il s’est passé, nous ne sommes finalement restés que deux nuits.
Le matin, alors que nous étions dans notre chambre, le personnel est venu et a ouvert la porte directement sans notre autorisation et sans attendre notre accord. Nous avons trouvé cela totalement irrespectueux et inacceptable. Nous avons eu l’impression que notre intimité n’était absolument pas respectée.
Nous leur avions simplement demandé de repasser plus tard, mais comme nous ne parlions pas la même langue et qu’ils ne faisaient aucun effort pour communiquer avec nous, ils ont directement appelé les autorités sans même essayer de discuter correctement. Tout ça pour une petite broutille. Nous leur avions juste demandé de revenir plus tard.
Le plus choquant, c’est qu’au lieu de chercher une solution calmement, ils ont préféré appeler les autorité directement pour si peu j'en suis choqué, à croire qu’on était des terroristes, simplement parce qu’il y avait un problème de communication.
C'est du racisme pur et dure vraiment inacceptable et manque de professionnalisme
Le comportement du personnel était très hautain et méprisant. Nous demandons évidemment le remboursement de la troisième nuit puisque nous avons été obligés de quitter l’hôtel et d’en réserver un autre.
Nous apprécions énormément les Pays-Bas, mais cette expérience nous a vraiment dégoûtés de cet hôtel. Si vous êtes étrangers, n’allez surtout pas là-bas.

Een drukke receptie met veel klanten, maar wat een enthousiaste, vriendelijke dame die ons ontving! Even de weg naar de lift zoeken en wéér een zeer behulpzame dame die ons de weg wees. De kamer schoon, netjes met uitstekende verduisterende gordijnen! Het bed naar onze smaak te zacht (een kuil) maar met crispy, fijn en schoon beddengoed. Een goede badkamer met heerlijke handdoeken. Kortom we komen terug.
