"The property has an excellent location - close to train station, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the storage room and lockers to safely store our bags after check out. The room was very small and only had an interior window looking to a community area where people were sitting and doing some activities. For the price, I would expect towels and soap included and the bed made for the guests but we knew what we are paying so I can’t complain."

"A nice clean room. Unfortunately I had an accessible room in which the bathroom floor flooded every time I had a shower. Slightly disappointed as had messaged three times to request a quiet room, I was put adjacent to the stairwell next to the lift and the hotel did not reply to any of my three attempts to contact them, apparently they were busy... Slightly took away from the importance of my custom. Otherwise all was good. Clean, comfy, cool and breakfast was good."
