The level of attentiveness, accountability, and kindness shown was remarkable and far beyond what we’ve experienced at most hotels. While plans didn’t unfold exactly as expected, the way the Kimpton Sawyer team went above and beyond to take care of us left a lasting, extremely positive impression.
