"The pool was nice plenty of space in the morning to swim. Property is a little dated but it’s a place to stay. The staff could’ve been a little more welcoming and friendly when asked about amenities or hours and even pool towels we were given an attitude and the run around instead of the issue taken care of."

"The staff were incredible!! Fiona and Chantelle were great in assisting us to meet our needs to accommodate us in a room after extending our stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious! I will be back whenever we travel back to Albuquerque!!! The hotel reminded us of their tv series Poitot!! The restaurant had great food and great servers!! Loved it!!"

"The hotel is very well designed with a relaxing ambience. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious - some better with larger balconies & facing the mountains. It would be nice if they had a rewards program as this is my 3rd time staying there. Would be great if they had some kind of loyalty program. Overall a great stay & highly recommend."

"I didn't like the surroundings, a little dirty. The bathroom was average but the sink area started and the water did not go down well. To be able to turn the lights on and off, it was difficult because the receptacles were not in their best condition. The breakfast was good."

"Staff was always very helpful and friendly. I didn't like the one and only restaurant choice. There were not many food choices and waitress was not attentive at all. We were tired after travelling all day and just wanted a good meal at the hotel and go up to our rooms right after. But the dinner choices weren't very good, and there were not any restaurants close enough to walk to."
