This hotel is very well situated in the middle of Legian, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The property is well looked after, although our balcony was never cleaned.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
In our deal we had cooked breakfast which was very good, but not a great range of other options.
One thing we did not like is that my wife did not eat cooked breakfast, but wanted to have another coffee and we had to pay for it, although other hotels we stayed in offered unlimited coffee or tea.
In our deal we had free high tea, in the afternoon. We did not use it, so it was a bit ironic we had to pay for an additional coffee with breakfast.
Another thing is that there was no possibility of having a shower before leaving for the airport.
This is not a cheap hotel and I think it should be better.
