"This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day.
