"The room was large but not exactly clean. There was something sticky on the floor and it looked as if it wasn’t swept. There were no toiletries and just a couple towels in the bathroom. In the kitchen, there was no dish soap, paper towels, etc. The “free breakfast” was laughable. It was coffee and prepackaged muffins. Not a continental breakfast by any means. There were kids from travel baseball running everywhere. The parents just let them run up and down the halls on the floor above us at 5:30 am. I was disappointed with this stay and probably will not book with them in the future."

"The shower didn't work and the bathroom room sick water both sides were cold and the bath tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath and there was no coffee pot or phone and the beds moved when getting on the bed. My mom and I and my fiance were supposed to have a bottom floor and we had to deal with the second floor it was hard to climb up and down the stairs. My mom was on oxygen and she still had to climb up the stairs. The TV's in the room half worked and they didn't really have much of a breakfast to choose from."

"The rooms are newly remodeled, but very dirty. Our room was covered in an inch of dust, there was a dirty towel hanging in the shower and a half drank gatorade in the fridge. Either we got a bad room or the reviews on hotels.com are very wrong about this hotel. It was a good price and they have a good thing going on if only they would keep it cleaned."

"I picked this hotel because I’m working out of town and it’s hot and I thought I would enjoy a swim after work After booking and paying for the room on Expedia, I get to the hotel to find out the pool is out of commission The hotel is being renovated In about 50 people in red shirts came to hang out for some party associated with the person working in the front desk, which lasted until midnight The room was clean and in good shape, but that’s about it"

"Couldnt even get to the room. Had contacted property about having 3 dogs - 1 being a service dog. When we arrived, we were told "sorry we only accept 2 - new management". I offered to purchase a second room - to no avail. Went next door and will NEVER deal with this hotel again. Being less than helpful and when asked if there was anything we could do, the attendant, Salem, simply said Nope!"
