Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive. Highly recommend the Excursion team. "This was my first visit to the island resort. They were very welcoming from the start. Even though I didn’t speak the local language, they were very pleasant and polite. The accommodations were very nice and private. The food menu had many choices and appealed particularly to the French and Italian people. They only suggestion I would give is to have another menu to rotate into the mix. The beach was beautiful and very accessible to the hotel guests. The walk to the beach is super close. There was always a tuk-tuk driver available to take us to town and they were always friendly and accommodating. I do recommend this hotel but be prepared for the many short “normal” power outages that occur daily. "
