"This is a fantastic homestay location, and called "resort hotel in Thumboly" by some of the local auto drivers. I booked this on an impulse travel through hotels dot com website and fully enjoyed my stay. The owner (Mr. George) and the manager Mr. Shibu were prompt with communication and helpful. "unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The room was noticeably dusty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and comfort of the environment. More concerning was the discovery of bed bugs in the bed The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, offering limited options and lacking in quality. Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements for future guests. "
