"Our stay at the Lankavatara was perfect. The location was idyllic and perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway with a long stretch of stunning beach that we more or less had to ourselves. The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with a good menu of local dishes and other choices. "Wonderful stay in rural Kohamdamodara. Great service. Beautiful surroundings."

"Smukt sted. Værelserne er flotte med træudskæring og det ligger med den smukkeste udsigt ud over havet. Dog er det for farligt at bade direkte der"

"Bra service och omtanke för oss som gäster"

"Room was clean and staff service was impeccable."

"What an amazing hotel, where nothing is too much. I can’t recommend it highly enough."

"Elegantes Hotel, sehr große, sehr elegant eingerichtete Zimmer. Großer Schwachpunkt ist der Poolbereich:sehr klein, hässlicher Boden, ohne jegliches Grün."

"We loved staying here. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The owner organized the safari for us and had prepared a to-go breakfast for us as well. We would come back here and stay for sure! "

"We loved the location and the Sri Lankan food produced by Lester. The pool was to die for. Great stay. "

"We just stayed for one night but would happily stay again. Amazing view from the pool and restaurant. Friendly staff. Our room was big and clran"

"Hotel was excellent. Tucked away in nature looking over the lagoon and a 5 min walk away from a quiet beach. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was clean and very large with a balcony looking out over the pool. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant served a great dinner. The beach has turtles nesting and hatching at night time. Would come back!"

"Everything on the hotel is amazing "

"The place was great. The owner, Mrs. Pr****, was fantastic and the food was beyond compare. My brother and I got back late one evening (from a safari she had arranged) and she made us the best food we had in Sri Lanka. Definitely recommend it."
