"The staff was willing. The room was clean. The facilities throughout were also clean- there was always someone cleaning. Kitchen staff kind. Nice pieces of art throughout some being original. Nice location across from Teatro Amazonas and the plaza. Late check in available."

"The air conditioner worked but didn’t get cold. There are no comforters on the bed, just a sheet. They do provide a sanitized blanket in the closet but mine looked very ratty. We had issues with the hot water but service was immediately on it. Front desk spoke English and was very helpful. "
