"I had a wonderful stay at Yellow Studios. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, including the floors. The kitchen facilities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated that the room was fresh and odor-free. Convenient and safe. Mostly clean but not brand new. Very large cozy room. Friendly staff. No need to look anywhere else.

Staff was very courteous and friendly and the room looks great. The only issue was difficulty in finding the building due to no signage. The staff member present did say however that the signs are ordered and coming.

Difficult to find property. Had to call and was told that the signage hadn't been put up yet. Lobby and elevator were not as clean as the room. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good value for the money.

After checking in and paying, I walked into my room I booked and the room had not been cleaned after the previous person or persons stayed in that room. There was still trash and the bed/bed sheets had not been cleaned. I was forced to look for another hotel in the area that night because every other room was booked. However, the manager did say she was going to work on getting me a refund as soon as possible.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Immediately upon entering the room, the carpet reeked of dog pee. Also, the shower was still wet and there was hair in the drain. The bathroom sink was also clogged and there was some kind of gunk floating around in the water. I asked the front desk if it would be possible to move to another room, but she stated the hotel was fully booked. I experienced everything the negative review stated, but unfortunately I didn't see that review until after the fact. I honestly question the legitimacy of the positive reviews. I will never stay here again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
