"We loved staying here. The location is very convenient, the staff was very helpful, the room was cute, comfortable, and very European feeling. Nice bathroom, plenty of space, and we had a cute balcony overlooking an interior alley. We enjoyed the public spaces upstairs for breakfast and the view."
"The entrance to the hotel is very tricky to find as there aren't any signs, and when you do, there are a lot of stair you have to walk up to get to the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, you will have to walk up these stairs with your bags to arrive. The hotel itself is nice but definitely shows its age. There's only one elevator which a maximum of 2-3 people can fit in. The rooms are well kept and decently renovated. Our jacuzzi wasn't working properly unfortunately. The staff are great and breakfast is complimentary."
"Such a great location with unspoilt views over the sea. Breakfast on the terrace is unbeatable. The hotel is in a small, clean town that has plenty of restaurants and a good bus service so you can visit other towns on the area too."
"The owner was so helpful and he took a effort to take us to our floor , showed us our room , give us room with gorgeous view , later he gave us list of restaurants in that area and offered any help . Next morning greeted us at breakfast , and when asked for gluten free options he personally toasted us gluten free bread. Very polite and friendly!! Definitely going back !!"
"Our stay at Covo dei Saraceni was beyond magical! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views from our room were breathtaking! The cleanliness was top notch. I cannot say enough about the welcoming, friendly and kind staff. They all work so hard to make sure you have everything and anything you need. Lisa in guest relations goes above and beyond each and every day. She was constantly checking in with us to make sure all of our needs were met. Rosario was absolutely outstanding and so much fun! He welcomed us daily with his vibrant energy and waited on us hand & foot nonstop! He did an outstanding job training a new employee, Vincenzo and Guiseppe worked so hard everyday to make sure we were well taken care of. Sasha at the front desk was so very helpful and informative with all of our questions and needs. She constantly had a vibrant smile on her face and very eager to help. I cannot express enough how hard the staff works each and every day to make sure you are at your happiest and to make sure you enjoy every minute of your vacation. Thank you all so much for making our trip the most memorable of our lives. We cannot thank you enough ❤️"
