"It’s a good hike up from public transport/parking but the staff were super friendly and helped carry our bags up. The views are incredible, it’s incredibly quiet especially during sunrise to sit with a coffee. "

Management were helpful in coordinating this but it was frustrating especially arriving with 2 children. The next day there was no water at all so couldn’t brush our teeth or shower, which we were told was a municipality issue due to recent mudslides. "Best hotel have ever stayed in, a bit higher up the hill which was perfect to escape and chill by the pool. Absolutely beautiful rooms and rest of the hotel. Tizi was fantastic, so warm and welcoming with a great sense of humour too. Definitely stay here!"
