"Nice Breakfast; cool exterior. Had a false alarm on a fire drill at 6 am. Had to walk down 17 floors. No announcements and very little help from emergency personnel."

"Great option for an early flight out of Kastrup. We were able to check in early and could leave our bags in the room and take the metro to explore Copenhagen. Super easy and convenient. Came back at night and had the dinner buffet before our early am flight back home."

"On the Expedia website it listed under the amenities that there is an airport shuttle. There is NO SHUTTLE and there hasn't been since COVID! Disappointing because that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Our experience at the hotel was great. The breakfast buffet, which is at an additional cost, was very good. Great selection of food."
