"Perfect location right on the water, spacious and clean"

"Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Very central and within walking distance to all major attractions. I did the breakfast on my last day. It’s 95 DK and a buffet with great selection. I enjoyed it. The lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of space for seating while waiting to check in/out. I used the AeroGuest App and check in was seamless and I had a digital key and was also able to check out through the app as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our room was clean, we had a great view and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus it's well connected for public transport and exploring Copenhagen. We really enjoyed our stay here"

"Very strange that it wasn’t possible to pay for parking at the hotel. It showed there was parking at the hotel, and I had used the filter” parking” in the search. Yet parking was a completely separate system where you had to download a Danish app to pay for parking. It is very strange for a large hotel like this with parking on site to not offer parking through the hotel."
