"My stay was very good. The location is convenient as well: close to metro, airport and a major shopping centre in a quiet neighbourhood.
However almost every night, the fire alarm kept going off. My first night (night of 20 -21 June), we were awakened at 3am and the receptionist (a male) did not provide any details as to what happened and what were next steps. It was as if it was a "normality" when new guests were panicking and were completely in the dark.
Please fix your alarms, or communicate effectively with guests when such things occur. It is not normal for fire alarms to go off every night, even in Copenhagen.
Except from that, the stay was okay. There's even big lobby and common spaces to work which was a big plus."
