"Balconies get no sun due to massive overhang. Bar service was awful, 9/10 times long queues. Quality of food was dire, very cold, boring and repetitive. Reception staff, well words cannot come close to describe how unhelpful/ uninterested they are. I tried to change hotel but Experia were no help. ..."
