"The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The location is fantastic. I would have given it five stars, but the breakfast was below average. It could have offered a little more choice, and the staff could have been more attentive when items ran out."

"Great parking, expect other people don’t know how to park (leaving 12” of the car out into the lane makes backing out hard) so it can be tricky. Bed was more comfortable than in Italy so we were extremely happy to get some sleep. Breakers was nice, very continental and the BEST Eggs ever! Actually cooked instead of runny eggs. Will definitely book again for our next trip!!"

"Excellent place and location,very nice and clean,the staff are very kind people. The best sit down breakfast buffet in Italy. An abundant selection of foods to try every day. The apartment was very nice and clean, and a beautiful view over a pristine lake. Very close to a nice small town with a lot of charm. Easy to access other towns by car. The gym and amenities provided are above and beyond."

"Breakfast was great, waitstaff very friendly . Not very walkable area to town … also parking was an issue for our car we actually had to park across the street and down the road because during their dinner hour there are lots of outside guests. We did arrive to check in and the tub had garbage and hair in it . Hot tub on balcony was very nice … beautiful views from the terraces, however you have the noise and exhaust fumes from the road. Find it interesting they placed their spa there to relax by the noise of the road."

"Loved the room and the location—only 15 minutes from the center of town. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The time of year was perfect too—quiet, not crowded, and just right. Would definitely stay here again!"
