"Service was great. Food was good at the resturants, Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch (never had dinner there but other vactioners mentioned it was limited).Pool was small and could also use an update. Rooms and most if the hotel needs major updates...but really the rooms had broken outlets (like pushed into the wall broken), ...could be cleaner (especially back of bathrooom door). But service was amazing throughout the trip. Chair situation..i heard a lot about..but we never got up at 6 for a pool chair..instead went to the beach in am..found a shaded spot and the peeps bring you loungers. Pool in the afternoon had available loungers. "

"This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the busy big hotel area. The host was very polite and understanding. The room was very clean and neat. The pool is very nice and private. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall excellent experience."

"The room was good. It’s not that close to the big hotels. On the high ground, but it’s close enough you can walk or take a short cab ride to the high ground hotels. The security guard was awesome. I believe he’s from Columbia. I can’t remember his name, but he’s awesome."

"*Make sure you have a SIM card for WiFi and GPS. And use the business address (STR Agriculture) next door to the complex to direct you to the apartment. The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building. We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything faulty. I even liked how they had a candle lit which made the place smell wonderful. (I'm a candle girl so that worked well for me)! Our host was very easy to contact and very informational. We actually met our host in person a couple of times at the property as he ensured to make the stay pleasant. The location of the place is near many of the attractions such as the Alto Vista Chapel and so that was a plus. The landscape of the property was very pretty and felt upscale. I really enjoyed our stay here. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks Amir for being a great host! "
