Achei que não há um padrão na limpeza do quarto, teve um dia que a limpeza foi boa, e outros 3 dias deixaram muito a desejar, sem limpeza de banheiro ou troca de toalhas. Os amenities (sabonete, shampoo, etc.) são ruins/inexistentes, para o preço cobrado da diária. O café da manhã é básico, e houve falta de produtos comuns, como queijo branco. Há nítida falta de manutenção, com sauna desativada e alguns gazebos e pisos de madeira na varanda com desgaste aparente. O atendimento é bastante amador. Preço de hotel 5 estrelas, com serviço de 2 estrelas. Mas, o flat master é espaçoso, e bem cuidado internamente.

Local excelente, super agradável. Com opção no bar/restaurante com música ao vivo para apreciar o espetaculo do por do sol. Vista magnifica do quarto para o cerrado. Quarto e banheiro imensos, cozinha completíssima. Houve uma falha no entendimento

Gostei muito no geral. Lugar bem tranquilo, canto dos pássaros, vista...perto de Alto Paraíso e de São Jorge. Ótimo café da manhã. Restaurante bom, mas não muito barato. Piscina boa, mas não aquecida (fosse pelo menos climatizada seria top).
