"Reservei 2 quartos pelo hotéis.com porque apenas 1 não comportaria minha família: eu, meu esposo e meus dois filhos de 2 e 5 anos. Já pra minha surpresa, nos colocaram em quartos distantes em andares diferentes (355 e 564), o que atrapalhou nossa dinâmica. Não houve conversa: o hotel estava cheio e não teve como remanejar. Ok! Ao chegar no quarto, percebi que o controle do ar não estava funcionando e por tabela, não dava pra ligar o ar. Estive na recepção entregando o controle por volta das 18h...

"The stay at Grand Cafe Hotel was unpleasant , check-in was pretty easy but after a long road trip, all you expect is more attention on helping the guests as carrying the luggage to the room, I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so I did it myself.
I called room service for basic supplies as Water (since you can’t find in the room) the answer I got is to go down and get it.
(No room temperature water, only cold, if you are sick you better wait the temperature to drop)
