"Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, wir wussten nur durch Passanten wo wir die zuständig Leute dafür finden (der Italiener gegenüber ist dafür zuständig). Als ich mich auf das Bett gesetzt habe, sind Latten rausgesprungen, die waren auch nur provisorisch befestigt, da diese zu kurz waren. Wasser im Waschbecken ist nicht richtig abgelaufen, Flecken auf dem Teppich.. Wir waren wirklich nur zum Schlafen da, dafür hat es gereicht. Aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine andere Bleibe wählen."

"It wasn't our first time staying in the Vital Hotel. Whenever we are coming to the Terme, the Vital Hotel is always our first choice. Rooms and Bathrooms are very clean and very specious. Thank you to Housekeeping Staff for your great work! Breakfast is enough. Breakfast Staff is always fast and cleaning tables straight away after guests so you don't need to wait to get your table. The bar area is very nice and cozy. All the Hotel Staff is always friendly !! We will be definitively coming...
