"Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel as the staff was very friendly and went out of there way to look after us.
