"Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice) There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing. I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them. The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done. Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly."

"Our suite was huge with a powerful shower and very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent! The staff were friendly, fun and helpful - especially the restaurant staff in the afternoon and evening who spent time with us chatting and sharing recommendations. They were the best thing about our stay, and we looked forward to returning from sight seeing to chat to them about our day from the terracw, where the view was fantastic, the best place in Naples! The breakfast was delicious, a la carte and very generous with cakes, pastries and both cold and hot items to order. I had something different every day, amd loved every dish. I also loved the story of the hotel, the art and the classic antiques."

"Clean and green. Overnight stay from long flight. Breakfast included with nice pastries. Parking is what’s available on the street. Staff very pleasant. "

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"Gram Suites was the perfect place for our visit to Naples. The location made it easy to get around the city, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the service. Max went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We happened to be there during a taxi strike, and he helped us find a last minute solution to get to Molo Beverello and make our ferry to Positano for the day. You don't typically go to a hotel and find such a kind, responsive, and genuinely care from the hotel staff. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Naples with excellent service and a central location, I would highly recommend Gram Suites. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Enjoyed a night here last weekend. Went to Napoli game, so was perfect for that, as only a 7 mins walk away from stadium. Would recommend staying here for games at Maradona Stadium. Lala Metro Station is only 100 metres away. If sight seeing then probably better to stay in a more central hotel / accommodation. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection on offer. Only thing that let it down slightly was at night you could here a lot of goings on in room next door with doors closing and people chatting. I was staying here with my 13 year old son. Would definitely recommend hotel. Staff great, accommodation spotless and food great."

"The rooms are very small. Location can be difficult. Electrical outlets are limited. Restaurants nearby are mainly just pub style places serving pizza and wine or beer."
