"This was hands down one of the best hotel stays we've had anywhere. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and had excellent recommendations and history on the town. The room itself was beautiful, modern but classic, comfortable, with excellent views. The breakfast was lovely with a pianist to make the environment great. The hotel is in an area where you can't drive and they made it so simple to park and get transportation to the hotel. We were truly sad to leave and can't wait for our next visit....

"Incredible and beautiful caves restored and renovated into an amazing and unique accomodation experience. Unfortunately, the man at the front desk was so unpleasant and cranky it marred the overall experience. He treated us so unkindly - he was abrupt and unhelpful. The room was beautiful, the pools in the caves were a wonderful experience and the breakfast was nice as were the wait staff. Note that it is a difficult walk from the station/ bus stop with heavy suitcases you must carry up and down...
