"I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. "Great stay at this property. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and the staff were nice. The included breakfast was so tasty and the restaurant at night had a fun atmosphere and great menu. Its perfectly located in town with anything you need justvsteps away. We had a rental car and they showed us where to street park and everything felt safe. Would stay here again!"

"Friendly and helpful service from the staff. For example, Laurent at reception organised a walking tour of Maderas volcano for me. The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. "Always part of my assessment is value for the money paid. We had a choice and took the third floor. We had a million dollar view and the furniture on the outside deck on all the floors encourages you to sit outside. The room was comfortable. We had a bar fridge that kept the beer icy cold. Breakfast was a two minute walk to a waterfront restaurant. The food choices were plentiful and the food was quality. See you soon …"
